• Forward-to-a-friend-link: inserts a link customers can click to send the email to their friends
• Hosted Version Link: inserts a link customers can click to view the message on an HTML page in a web browser
• Follow up on Social Media: this allows customers to share the email on social media
• Subscribe: this adds a link for customers to sign up for future emails
• Unsubscribe: this adds a link for customers to click when they want to stop receiving future emails
• Company Details: this puts the company name, address and other location information in the email
